The business started in a very small way from the founder’s home. To start with, the business only supplied hotels, B&B’s and guest houses in Johannesburg but then branched out nationally and now internationally. We offer a luxurious range of our very own Guest Amenities. Our amazing bathroom amenities are of only the best South African ingredients and are suited for contemporary classic to modern use. From our deliciously homemade guest eats to relaxing subtle fragrances on our bathroom amenities ranges, we are certain we can cater for every establishment. We offer personalisation of all our products to suit each individual establishment’s requirements.
How is The Silver Flair different to other suppliers?
The Silver Flair is a hotel supplier like no other! Founded in 2006 it has grown from humble beginnings into a successful business supplying many innovative, hard-to-find and problem solving products. The company is owned and managed by Bronley-Robyn Gover, who has an extensive background in hotels and catering. As a family owned business based in Johannesburg you are in the best possible hands. We, at The Silver Flair do not believe in an online ordering service as we like to deal with all of our clients on a personal basis. We are able to assist with the smallest order and nothing is ever too big! Any product we do not have, we will source for you. The Silver Flair is also able to offer custom made products whereby we use local labour and source local raw material to make your requested item. We will never be one of those faceless companies, who we have all encountered along the way. Your telephone call will always be answered by a real person, your address and contact details will never be sold and the service you receive will never be compromised. The Silver Flair is dedicated to outstanding service from the minute an order is received to the time of delivery.

Payment Methods
We do not offer an online shop due to the number of customised products which we offer. Payment may be made via EFT or you may pay with VISA or MASTERCARD at our offices.

Although we strive on offering our clients the absolute best products, sometimes things do go wrong and we are only to happy to assist you with rectifying your order.
We allow for a 7 day return policy for all orders (except personal hygiene products and products which have been removed from their original packaging and have been used)
